College Students of the Month

Our college students of the month for February are Megan Carlton and Zach Stortzum.  Boxes are located on the table in the foyer in which to put “goodies” (no liquids, please).  A list of suggestions is also attached to the boxes.  February 28th is the deadline.

Congratulations!

Congratulations to Jeff and Julie Etherton on the birth of a new grandson, Theodore Andrew Smith born on Saturday, February 20th weighing 5 lbs. 11 oz.  He is the new son of Eric and Jillian Smith.

Sunshine Box

Ruth Price, daughter of Hilda, will be the next recipient of the Sunshine Box.  There is a sign-up sheet posted for suggested items.  Due to her medical issues, please do not bring food items except for those listed on the sheet.  A labeled box for “thinking of you” items is on the white table in the foyer.  See Becky Wattleworth if you have any questions.

Ladies Fellowship (Updated)

On March 13th at 4 PM, Mercy Duncan invites all ladies to her home for a time of fellowship and singing.  A sign-up sheet is posted on the bulletin board for those who plan to attend.

Ladies Day

On March 13th at 8:30 AM, the ladies at Lakeside church of Christ in Springfield will host a Ladies Day.  Bonnie Swango is one of the featured speakers.  Lunch will be provided with dismissal shortly thereafter.

Diaper Drop

There will be a diaper drop for Matt and Shannon McCollom on March 14th after evening services.  Everyone is invited to stay and celebrate the upcoming arrival of their baby girl.  Please bring diapers and/or wipes to help them prepare for their new addition.  See Mandy Osborne or Kim Shaffer with questions.

Adult Bible Classes

The new adult Bible classes for the spring quarter will begin on Wednesday, March 3rd.  Nick will continue the study of the Minor Prophets and the Peak of the Week will meet in the fellowship hall.  On Sunday mornings, Greg Swango will teach a class on Matthew.
